Blockscout is an open-source block explorer that supports the Filecoin FVM. We have an active mainnet implementation at https://filecoin.blockscout.com/ and a testnet implementation at https://filecoin-testnet.blockscout.com/. We provide support, maintenance, hosting and upgrades to these instances as part of an ongoing consulting agreement with the Filecoin Foundation. Recent updates include the DEX tracker (https://filecoin.blockscout.com/pools) for tracking liquidity pools on the fvm and metadata tagging and search functionality.
We continue to improve and expand functionality of the explorer and have several features on the upcoming roadmap. We expect to complete items 1-2 in Q2 2025 with ongoing research and work on 3 & 4.
Multichain integration: Introduce multichain search functionality to provide users with convenient data search options.
PRO API: Introduce additional endpoints and expand RPS limits for power users.
NFT explorer features: Integrate marketplace features, display top NFTs, show latest trades, transfers and mints.
AI search enhancements and functionality: Blockscout uses an LLM model for human-readable transaction summaries. Expand to include natural language search features and prompts, MCP integration for AI data provision and contract analysis.
