Dev3pack is a global developer fellowship program for women+ and student developers coming from Web2 and transitioning into Web3.

We are bringing more diversity and sustainability into the Ethereum ecosystem, by training women and student developers coming from Web2.

• Many new developers who are coming from Web2 are not staying in the ecosystem
• Students and women+ need more support than others to enter the industry, especially on the technical side
• Projects fighting in the same developer resource pool for 2 years
• Current Web3 developers just farming hackathons and enjoying hacker houses
• 11,000 full-time developers for a $3T industry
• Around 10% of these developers are founders, as some of them don’t have a product vision
• Web2 devs get lost through some information and stack overload (no top funnel)
• No or lack of follow-up by online educational platforms (mass education, no networking, long bootcamp without human support)

Dev3pack is a global developer fellowship program for women+ and student developers coming from Web2 and transitioning into Web3. We want to create a new wave of developers on Ethereum, while staying 100% inclusive.

• Global fellowship with 1,200+ trainees, from 70+ countries and 400+ universities
• Focus on women and students (with 90% of women)
• Open-source community & long-term building initiative on Ethereum
• Providing technical bootcamps, mentorship, hosting pop-up cities, preparing fellows for hackathons, hosting incubation programs to become founders, hosting job-fair to find jobs

We have some initiatives to create start-up and/or land to a job while creating a safe space to learn.
