<p>Fracton Research is an R&D institution for a positive sum world through exploring inclusive coordination design. Our focus is to solve coordination problems and public goods problems such as the free-rider problem and tragedy of the commons, and to create positive externalities through coordination mechanisms based on blockchain: regenerative funding mechanisms, collective decision making, and other protocol design. Also, we will collaborate with profit/non-profit organizations, academic institutions, and government, so we will achieve them by getting experience and knowledge from practical fieldworks.</p><p><br></p><p>Fracton Research emphasizes the importance of considering underlying values when applying evidence-based practices in the crypto domain to ensure diverse perspectives are included in decision-making. It studies the balance between measurement and evaluation and the need to prioritize outcomes over outputs when assessing the effectiveness of interventions. In addition to OSS, Fracton Research is exploring community activities to conduct impact evaluations. Lastly, Fracton Research collaborates with other DAOs to conduct research on grants programs. Actually, we have analyzed grant programs and built a protocol for impact evaluators, who can get incentives.</p>
