Pool Purpose:** The Crafting GREEN Ecosystem Participatory Funding Pool is designed to reward meaningful, non-monetary contributions to the GREEN ecosystem.
You can request funds to support small, personal, or creative expenses—like specialty coffee, work gear, or a wellness break—after actively participating in ecosystem-building events, content creation, or initiatives.
What can be funded?
Creative Commons-friendly content contributions
Participation in events, initiatives, or coordination efforts
Small-scale rewards (up to 10% of the pool’s balance) for contributing meaningfully to GREEN
What can’t be funded?
Payroll or salary replacement
Proposals not backed by meaningful community engagement
Activities that don’t align with the Covenant or Pool requirements

Eligible Proposal Submitters
Active members of the GREEN Ecosystem who have contributed to events, projects, or public goods
Must demonstrate meaningful participation as a prerequisite for submitting a proposal
Voters
All registered members of the Kokonut Green Gardens community
Voting uses Quadratic Voting with Passport verification, ensuring fair influence regardless of stake size
Equity-focused: everyone has a voice, and more thoughtful decisions emerge from the wisdom of the crowd
Oversight
The Kokonut Green Gardens Council holds moderation rights:
May adjust pool settings if abused
Can cancel proposals misaligned with the Pool or Covenant values

Proposal Requirements
Use the standardized proposal template
Optional: specify how funds will be used
Maximum request: 10% of the pool balance
Proposals require a 4.2 CELO collateral
Disputes require a 6.9 CELO collateral and resolve within 7 days
Voting & Funding Mechanics
Quadratic Voting: rewards broad consensus over large single holders
Conviction Voting Parameters:
Minimum Conviction to pass = 25%
Conviction Growth Time = 4 days
Encourages thoughtful support and avoids rash decisions
⏰ When
Proposal submissions are ongoing, as long as you’ve recently contributed meaningfully
Voting occurs as proposals are submitted and conviction grows
Disputes (if any) are resolved within 7 days
