OUR MISSION
Si3 is an ecosystem architecting and facilitating a more decentralized, equitable and collaborative web. As an ecosystem, we offer tools and resources including our Si Her Co-Active, unifying and accelerating womxn and non-binary professionals, communities and businesses in the Web3 era.
Data shows womxn represent 27% of the web3 industry (BCGX’s ‘Web3 Already Has a Gender Diversity Problem‘ study, 2023). In an effort to provide more visibility and opportunity for womxn, we have introduced our siher.eth site template with ENS Domains and IPFS storage. Our members are utilizing this template to demonstrate their web3 professional brands and apply for job opportunities, accelerators, investment, speaking opportunities, and collaborations.

Introducing: Si Her ENS Publisher & Portal
We have recently completed V1 of our ‘Si Her ENS Publisher’, a system that automates publishing of member’s sites with a customized content editor, IPFS publishing and subdomain allocation. We are now able to onboard many women & non-binary individuals into Si Her, and are going to begin our growth marketing campaigns to support this. In the next two months, we will be introducing our public directory with our members and their communities for hiring, speaking, and partnerships.
In support of bridging more womxn and non-binary creators into the ENS ecosystem, we are now wanting to develop V2 of the ‘Si Her ENS Publisher’ with the following features:
- Additional templates, including website templates for communities to more easily develop their own custom websites with ENS domains
- Introduction of these templates to our ecosystem of 400 women & non-binary led and focused DAO’s, NFT collections and communities
- API with documentation and support
- Introducing more technical women & non-binary professionals to the ENS ecosystem
With the support of this grant, we will initiate a development partnership with The Phoenix Guild, a community that focuses on diversity and empowerment of #builders in web3. The Phoenix Guild works closely with many web3 core protocols and organisations to help train and onboard the next generation #builders as well as conducting activities like hackathons, hacker houses, workshops and study sessions to foster growth in their ecosystems. So far, they have reached over 5000+ #builders across the globe and continue to expand every day.

- $5k USD grant from Livepeer (Dec 2023)
- $4k USD grant from ArbitrumDAO and first place win (out of 28 submissions) in their ‘Future of Web3 Identity’ category (Feb 2023)
- Successful 12-hour 'Si Her Summit' livestream event with 50 organizations and womxn speakers (Feb 2023)
- Successfully created automation system for publishing and re-publishing our members siher.eth sites (March 2023)
OUR TEAM
Si3 has been initiated by Kara Howard, who has been co-creating and leading women in tech communities for ten years. She is joined by co-activators Ksenia Stark, Co-Founder of impact creator house ⅄Oᒋ⅋NOISՈᖵNOϽ, and women in web3 builder partners The Phoenix Guild.
